  • Erika Twani, a best-selling author, TEDx speaker, social entrepreneur, and Fortune 100 corporate veteran, is driven by a deep passion for personalized education . With over 30 years of experience in the education technology industry , Erika has witnessed firsthand the transformative power of personalized education in student’s lives. This passion led her to join education experts into founding the Learning One to One Foundation in 2011, where she serves as CEO. Erika’s expertise is widely recognized, and she is a sought-after speaker at national and international conferences on learning innovation, educational technology and AI.

  • Dani Bedoni is a Mentor Coach with over 30 years of experience coaching in five languages. She identifies strengths and fosters growth through change, reinvention and success. Dani emphasizes equity, diversity, and inclusion, specializing in systems of success and sustainability. At the Learning One to One Foundation, she focuses on growth in wellness, wealth, and love; motivating teams, professionals, and students. She is recognized for her dedication and is a recipient of the El Sistema USA Award and the New York Youth Symphony’s Johanna and Leslie Garfield Award.

  • A 10-month contract (two semesters). We dedicate between the two of us up to 5 hours/month.

    • Coaching for leaders to improve their leadership in the AI Era.

    • Bot reviews: we review bots created by the staff and faculty.

    • Apps recommendations: we recommend apps depending on the University's needs with no bias.

    • PD: staff and faculty have full access to our Relational Learning Framework online training.

    • We provide one 3-hour workshop for faculty and/or staff per contract. More workshops available for additional cost.

  • Investment: $7,495 per month. Travel for the workshop included.
